We are are an innovative, full-service landscape design, installation and maintenance company currently seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, resourceful and self-motivated Office Manager. The Office Manager is our go-to for clients.  

Responsibilites include:

• Be the point-of-contact for clients by being proactive and reactive to their needs.
• Provide exceptional customer relations by responding
to calls, e-mails and online inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
• Prepare documents, and ensure all paperwork is processed with the necessary requirements and follow-up as needed.
• Maintain office processes and systems, and look for ways
to continuously improve and streamline for efficiency.
• File and maintain a clean office space.
• Maintain office equipment and office supplies.
• Track and purchase office supplies.
• Make post office, bank and printer runs.
• Label and organize designs in bins daily.
• Schedule sales appointments for the owner and designers.
• Assist entering and creating proposals and job packets
for crews.
• Human Resources experience to properly record employee absences/vacations, manage personnel files and assist with employee meetings and reviews.
• Coordinate additional office projects as needed.
• Light bookkeeping duties using QuickBooks.
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements.
• Allocate materials in inventory from timesheets, receipts,
job logs and service sheets.
• Complete payroll to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time.
• Generate and send out monthly maintenance invoicing.
• Meet crews at the end of the day to gather paperwork
and equipment.
• Maintain maintenance crew notebook and update as needed.

Requirements a Successful Candidate Should Have:

• A Bachelors Degree or work experience equivalent.
• 5+ years of proven office management, administrative or assistant experience.
• Excellent organization, communication skills and attention
to detail.
• Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems, and procedures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook) and basic Quickbooks experience.
• Excellent time management skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work well independently, in addition to being
team focused.
• Resourceful, and has good judgment with resolving problems.

Schedule/Work Location:

• This is a full-time position from Monday through Friday with some flexibility in the work schedule.
• Our office is located in Charlotte, NC.

Pay: Salary is based on experience.

Office Manager


We are currently seeking a high-energy, self-motivated Landscape Production Manager. The Production Manager must be thoroughly familiar with and be able to perform all aspects of landscape installation including hardscapes, horticulture, irrigation, lighting, drainage and maintenance.

Working directly with crew foremen, landscape designers, owner, clients and vendors:

• Manage crews, jobsite + materials.
• Inspect maintenance properties.
• Track jobs, materials + compile reports
for management.
• Create + update schedules for installation + maintenance crews.
• Act as a liaison between office, field crews + clients.

Manage Crew Members:

• Provide loading checklists to crew foremen
as needed.
• Keep crews productive + motivated.
• Implement employee incentive programs created
by management.
• Solve personnel problems as they arise + report as needed to management/direct supervisor.
• Address any injuries as they arise. Report injuries
to management/direct supervisor immediately.
• Participate in annual reviews of foremen + crew
members. Help set goals for growth.
• Train new hires on proper procedures + company policies.
• Work with management to conduct monthly
safety + training meetings to maintain quality +
proper procedures.

Manage shop, trucks/trailers + equipment:

• Ensure crews keep trucks, equipment, shop + nursery
clean, maintained + organized.
• Coordinate with office manager + keep up with maintenance records for trucks + equipment. Schedule service as needed.
• Maintain inventory of tools. Notify management with needs as they arise.

Requirements Include:

• Bachelors Degree, in related field, preferred.
• 3 years of management supervisory experience.
• 5 years work experience in management in lieu
of college degree will be considered.
• Excellent organization + communication skills.
• Ability to use tablets + various computer programs.
• Ability to learn quickly + adapt to ever-changing
situations.
• Good driving record + a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.                                           
• Ability to bend, carry + stoop.
• Ability to drive a truck + trailer.

Requirements Desired:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• NC Pesticide License.

Landscape Production Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in landscape
architecture, landscape design or equivalent

• Must have excellent design, graphic, freehand illustration + rendering skills.

Responsibilities:

• Learn company processes + procedures in

• Collaborate with estimators to cost projects,
create project plans + coordinate bids from all subcontractors.
• Select appropriate project materials such as
stone types, wood types, etc.
• Create job packets + purchase orders for
Production Managers.
• Interface with clients + vendors from concept
to completion.
• Perform job site visits as needed to check on the progress of projects + ensure specifications have
been fulfilled.
• Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently,
and adjust to dynamic project needs + deadlines.

Bonus Points: Bilingual in English + Spanish.

Landscape Architect or Designer/Sales
(full-time or part-time)


We are looking for a high-energy, self-starter to be
our Installation Crew Chief. 

This is a full-time, working position. You will physically be doing the work while supervising other workers on job sites. You must have actual supervisory experience with a proven track record of being able to train and supervise others.

We are looking for someone who can read landscape design plans, layout beds and set up plants. You will be responsible for plant purchasing and job tracking. Basic knowledge of plant care and the ability to identify local trees, shrubs, flowers and weeds are part of the job. Basic irrigation and lighting repair are also required. We are willing to provide training for a qualified candidate.

• A valid U.S. driver's license and a good driving record
are required.

• Pesticide license and bilingual -- a plus.

• Work hours are Monday thru Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. or later.

• As a full-time employee, you will qualify for health insurance, paid vacation days and four paid holidays per year.

Installation Crew Chief


We are looking for a high-energy, self-starter to be our Maintenance Crew Chief.

This is a working position. You will be physically doing the work while supervising two other workers on a regularly scheduled route of residential properties.

You must have actual supervisory experience with a proven track record of being able to train and supervise other workers as well as maintain the quality and integrity of each property.

We prefer at least two years of verifiable experience
physically doing the work in the industry, but are willing to train a qualified, motivated individual.

You must already be 100% proficient with standard equipment including mowers, hedgers, weed eaters and blowers. Basic irrigation, lighting repair and installation are a plus. Basic knowledge of plant care, and the ability to identify local trees, shrubs, flowers and weeds are part of the job.

We are willing to train a motivated candidate.

A valid U.S. driver's license and a good driving record are required. You must have transportation to and from our shop.

Pesticide license and bilingual are a plus.
